Each repair MUST have an RMA from the Repair Department before any items are returned. RMA can be obtained by filling out this form for every unit that needs to be returned.
RETURN, REFUND and SHIPPING POLICIES
- All Sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items within 30 days from date of sale.
- Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- There is a money back guarantee on all products except for custom units.
- All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number which can be obtained by filling out the form above.
- All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee except for credit card orders.
- Return Check Charges – $20.00.
- All units are tested before being shipped.
- WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS: Orders are not shipped until the transfer is complete.
- Shipment of orders (if in stock) will occur within 3 working days from the day of order (this does not include wire transfers).
- Shipment of order (if not in stock) will occur within 3 working days at the time stock becomes available (this does not include wire transfers).
- Shipping will be done via UPS or Federal Express. The way in which the order is shipped is determined by the customer at the time of the order
- Countries that we will ship to is based on the current listing of “valid” countries listed by the U.S. Customs Department. All International orders not using the customers shipping account will be shipped via Federal Express International.
- All duties and taxes for all International shipments is paid for by the recipient.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days.
